Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Wares (the "Service"), an AI room-visualization tool. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service does

You upload a photo of a room you are in or own. You pick one or more furniture items from a catalog. The Service uses an AI image model to generate a single composite image showing those items placed into your room.

2. Your content

You retain ownership of any room photo you upload. You grant Wares a limited license to process that photo solely to generate, store, and serve your visualization to you. Wares does not sell your uploaded photos. See the Privacy Policy for details on retention and deletion.

3. AI-generated content

Output images are AI-generated and may not perfectly reflect the real-world appearance, scale, or placement of any product. Treat visualizations as a directional preview, not a contract. Wares is not responsible for purchase decisions made based on visualizations.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Upload images you do not have the right to use.
  • Upload images of people without their consent.
  • Upload NSFW, illegal, or harmful content.
  • Attempt to abuse the Service through automated requests.
  • Reverse-engineer or scrape the Service in bulk.

Rate limits are applied per IP to protect the Service.

5. Brand integrations

When a brand embeds Wares on their site, that brand is the merchant of any product purchase referenced on the Service. Wares does not process orders, payments, or shipping. The brand's own terms apply to your purchase.

6. No warranty, limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" with no warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wares is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid (if any) to use the Service in the 30 days preceding the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms.
